Bruce Lee The Legend was a well known martial artist and action film actor. He is best known for Enter the Dragon, The Way of the Dragon, The Chinese Connection, The Big Boss. He is also known for having a lean body, yet he was full of strength and nimbleness. "When you're talking about fighting, as it is, with no rules, well then, baby you'd better train every part of your body!" - Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee's philosophy was to train hard as much as possible. Bruce would through punches at the bag as if it was his worst enemy, always with full extreme force and stressing the importance of never letting your guard down, even in training.
